Who we are
The security data service behind our products, owned end to end
A device that does not know which domain is malicious, which application a flow belongs to or where a file has been seen before cannot make the right decision, however fast it is. SignGuard is the service Sysnet built to produce that knowledge itself.
Why our own data
The day you rent it, you depend on it
Contracts change, data gets restricted, a category disappears one day and there is nothing you can do. Because we produce the data ourselves, we can commit to these four things.
Independence
Your device needs no service, subscription or third-party engine beyond ours. When you buy the product, the data is yours too.
Continuity
Because we compile the data ourselves, the service does not stop when a source closes; it is replaced. A contract renewal cannot make a category disappear.
Transparency
We define and document what each piece of data means. The category list is public; there is no black box inside the box.
Local by design
The service runs on Sysnet’s own infrastructure and is developed in Türkiye. Local content and regulation are part of the design, not a patch added later.
Our principles
Six principles that shape how we work
Privacy by design
Which sites your users visit is none of our business and is not recorded. When a product asks about an address it sends only a small part of the encrypted digest, never the address itself; in return it receives every record starting with that fragment and finds the answer locally. So even we cannot know which address was queried. This is a deliberate design choice, aligned with the data-minimisation principle of GDPR and the Turkish KVKK.
The decision is yours
We ship data, not policy. No category, country or application is blocked on its own; no rule is opened on your behalf. Your administrator decides what happens; we only provide the knowledge the decision rests on.
Accuracy is measured
Classification decisions are not arbitrary. Automated analysis, our own crawler and expert review work together; records that remain uncertain pass human approval before release. A decision found to be wrong can be reversed, and the reason is recorded.
Integrity is guaranteed
Every update sent to your product is cryptographically signed. A package whose signature does not verify is never loaded. Modifying the data in transit is not possible.
We keep it simple
The service is written by us from end to end, with no external libraries or third-party engines. That keeps the attack surface small and stops a flaw in someone else’s code from reaching our product.
It protects offline too
The data runs inside the product’s own engine. Even if your internet connection drops, the product keeps protecting you with the last release it holds; it does not wait for us to decide.
